Procurement Manager (Catering) – Oman – Big Fish

Our client is specialising in Integrated Facilities Management, Hard and Soft FM, Accommodation and Catering. They are currently seeking a Procurement Manager (Catering).

The Procurement Manager is responsible for managing end-to-end procurement and sub-contracting activities across the company and its subsidiaries, ensuring cost efficiency, service continuity, food safety compliance, contractual adherence, and risk mitigation.
The role supports Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) delivery models covering hard FM, soft FM, catering, accommodation, utilities, and PPP/DBOOM projects, while ensuring compliance with ICV, Omanization, ISO 9001, food safety standards, and client contractual requirements.

The role requires effective coordination with Operations, Finance, Sales, and Warehouse teams to ensure reliable supply, optimized inventory, and high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business, marketing or related field
• 12 to 15 years of experience as a Supply Chain Manager or similar role
• Practical working knowledge of frozen products like poultry items, meat, fish and beef variants
• GCC experience in similar role, heading/buying for Industrial Kitchens and or big catering companies.
• Knowledge of other food and non-food products normally used in the above-mentioned industries.

Salary:
OMR 1,000 to 1,500 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
