Product Manager Up To 4k Usd For An E-Commerce (Fashion) Company In Oman

• POSITION: Product Manager
• SALARY: up to 4,000 USD / 1,500 OMR all-inclusive depending on qualification and interview outcome
• HIRING COMPANY: E-commerce Company (Fashion)
• LOCATION: Muscat, Oman
• AVAILABILITY: Can join immediately or maximum 1-month
• EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Permanent

CANDIDATE PROFILE:
• Open to ANY nationality
• Male/Female, 45 years old and below

JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Assist Operations Head for “Pre-Sales” Activities
• Conduct market research to identify key consumer trends in the market, lifestyle, current and future trends etc.
• Develop and maintain an understanding of our products, market, and competition
• Plan roadmap for new product/ collection launch as per the range plan
• Plan and monitor product development activities and ensure on-time completion from ideation to product launch
• Be the central point of communication for all kinds of activities involved in product development for senior management
• Liaise with team members i.e. fashion designers, tailors, merchandisers, manufacturers, etc for successful product launch
• Conduct meeting with team members to monitor the progress
• Assist merchandiser in merchandising strategies

Requirements

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Administration, Marketing. Master’s degree would be an advantage
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Product Management, preferably from an E-commerce company
• Must have extensive knowledge on fashion trends
• Good command in English, Arabic language would be preferred but not a must
• Well-versed in product management, forecasting, report analysis and strategic management
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, relationship-building, and multi-tasking skills
