Project Controls And Planning Manager

Job description / Role

Guildhall is recruiting for an experienced Project Controls & Planning Manager for a major railway/civil infrastructure project in Oman. The successful candidate will be part of a high-profile project with a 2-3 year duration.

Responsibilities:
• Manage project scheduling and cost control processes.
• Oversee risk management strategies for effective project execution.
• Lead claims sensitivity and preparation efforts.
• Coordinate with teams within the contractor’s PMO and site teams.
• Provide regular client/engineer’s reporting on project progress.

• Minimum 15 years of experience in railway, civil infrastructure, building, or facilities projects.
• At least 5 years of experience with Design & Build (D&B) projects.
• 5 years of experience in the GCC region, with experience in Oman being highly preferable.
• Rail transit project-related experience is mandatory.
• Technical/engineering/construction-related degree required; Master’s Degree is preferable.
