Job description / Role
As a Project Director for Road Construction, you will be responsible for managing the successful completion of road construction projects from start to finish. You will work closely with the project team, including engineers, contractors, and subcontractors, to ensure that the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Salary:
OMR
6,000 to 7,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in road construction project management.
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of relevant regulations and safety standards.
• Experience with project management software.
• Ability to travel as required.
