Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

• Liaise with IT for AMC SLA-OLA related documents of HR systems support.
• Liaise with internal HR sections resolving any system issues related to solution architect and process automation.
• Maintenance of all HR systems workflows and integration of HR systems in the below listed applications
• Oracle HRMS. Business Score Card with appraisal system.
• Staff Travel System. Time And Attendance Machines
• Duty Travel. OTL integration
• Provide the HR business systems Requirements from HR side.
• Should work as HRMS super user once required.
• Work closely with HR compliance department for quality assurance control.
• Implementation, support and continuous improvement of HR Systems and Business Processes.
• Identify Business Process development needs and represent the HR team in regards to business system needs discussion with IT.
• Day to day support to HR Management with the best available decision making alternatives.
• Support payroll runs thru out specified support team supervision.
• Support HR Help desk function and activities.
• Produce report of Help desk activities for analyzing usage, utility and up gradation through modification
• Administering Business Integration and maintaining the high level of project management.
• Study past, present and future system trends. Identify improvement opportunities and implement as needed.
• May perform other HR generalist-administrative duties as assigned.
• Leading the HR systems implementation team to meet the ultimate target.
• Experience in supervising staff and assuming responsibility for workload allocation
• Experience in providing advice and support to senior managers on strategic matters
• Experience in leading projects and implementing new initiatives.
• Provide customer service level to internal Business Process owners.
• Support MIS reports and adhoc day to day support.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in related discipline preferably in HR / IT with 6 years of relevant experience preferably in the domain of HR systems/ HR MIS.
• Or Two years college Diploma in a related discipline with 8 years of relevant experience
• Work experience in the aviation industry will be an advantage.
