Job description / Role
Opportunity to join a leading development and investment company in Oman working on a prestigious landmark project. The overall development will consist of theme park, waterpark, hotels, residential apartments and malls. The project is in design stage and they are currently seeking an experienced PM to manage the residential and retail aspect of this development.
The Project Manager will be responsible for the delivery of retail, residential components and common areas by applying a proper and effective management and development, upto satisfaction on time, quality and scope during all phases of the development.
The Project Manager may be supported by Assistant Project Managers depending on workload. He/she may also be required to provide supervision and mentoring to Assistant Project Managers who will be independently managing small to medium size projects or projects of low complexity.
Requirements
- Must have a degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture
- Arabic speaking is a distinct advantage
- Proven experience in leading, managing and mentoring multiple project teams on an international scale.
- Knowledge of building codes, standards and building structures
- 8 years + experience working on residential and retail projects
- Middle East experience is preferred
