Project Manager

Job description / Role

• Responsible for tender preparation including estimates, bill of quantities and resourcing.
• Oversee the Design, Production and Execution of commercial and residential design projects.
• Site/project documentation through working/shop drawings, material specification and building codes.
• Liaison with authorities, clients and manufacturers for procurement of permits, materials and finishes.
• Responsible for business development – maintaining existing clients and sourcing new clients
• Preferably has a background in Design

Requirements

• 5-10 years of experience in project management & Business development for a furnishing/Interiors
• Bachelors Degree (preferably in Design/Architecture/Engineering)
• Should have strong networking skills and business development expertise
• Must have experience in Tender and Execution of design projects
• Adaptable and Flexible

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Project Management skills; organizational, planning, problem solving.
