Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Operational

- Developing pushback and ground support equipment training programs according to organizational requirements
- To conduct daily spot checks of area of responsibility and submit report to concerned Line Manager.
- To provide up to date training meeting the newest standards to ensure most sufficient performance.
- To preform towing operation within the safety requirements of the statement of OGH SOP and IATA regulations.
- Conduct a pushback or GSE services tasks if necessary as per operational requirement.
- Support, coach, develop and motivate all team members and peers to build morale and ensure excellent discipline and compliance to company procedures and standards
- Planning and scheduling classes as needed in the training department.
- Help develop and design training materials and PowerPoint presentation along with training section.
- Comply with all security requirements, procedures and safety polices of all airlines carriers.
- Conduct on the job training to familiarize the team member with proper procedures in the operation.
- Submitting complete OJT checklist for all operators in training.
- Training team member to service aircrafts (Pushback- GPU- ACU- ASU) as required.
- Execute training sessions, workshop etc. in group or individually.
- Keep and report data on completed courses, absence, issues etc.
- Observe and evaluate result of training programs.
- Determine overall effectiveness of programs and make improvements.

Requirements

- Valid Heavy Omani driving license with 12 years with relevant experience.
- Two years College Diploma in a related discipline Certified pushback driver with 5 years of experience in approved organization.
- Work place coach course, train the trainer certificate will be an advantage.
