Job description / Role
Talent Development have an immediate requirement for a Quantity Surveyor to join our client's organization on the outskirts of Muscat. This role will support the design and construction team by providing cost analysis, plans and evaluation of tenders for suppliers and sub-contractors. Our client is working on a number of projects across Oman and is keen to progress with this recruitment at the earliest opportunity.
Salary:
OMR
1,200 to 1,500
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Requirements
Candidates for this role must have a minimum of 8 years' experience in a similar role and hold a BA Degree in Engineering. This role is open to all nationalities although a preference will be given to Omani candidates. Experience in Oman and a strong understanding of costs, unit rates and market conditions is essential.
