• Drive sales of premium and luxury apartments in Muscat, Oman.
• Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, presenting, negotiating, and closing high-value transactions.
• Develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies to attract international and GCC clients.
• Establish, maintain, and expand long-term relationships with high-net-worth individuals and institutional investors.
• Conduct regular analysis of the real estate market, industry trends, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth.
• Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and documentation in line with company standards.
Requirements:
• Minimum of 10 years of proven success in luxury real estate sales, preferably in international markets.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Strong ability to engage with clients across diverse cultural backgrounds; in-depth knowledge of the GCC real estate market is highly desirable.
• Strategic mindset with excellent market knowledge and business acumen.
• Highly motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
• Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is a strong asset.
• Nationality: Indian, Lebanese, Russian
Salary:
USD
2,500
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
