Job description / Role
Main roles and responsibilities:
• Supports the HRM in manpower planning and budgeting for recruitment purposes.
• Determines applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications.
• To manage and coordinate all recruitment and resourcing activities both internally and externally across multiple sources.
• Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements.
• Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers; interviewing applicants on consistent set of qualifications.
• Manages new employee relocation by determining new employee requirements and handling their relocation process.
• Improves organization attractiveness by recommending new policies and practices; monitoring job offers and compensation practices; emphasizing benefits and perks.
• Avoids legal challenges by understanding current legislation; enforcing regulations with managers; recommending new procedures; conducting training.
• Has principal responsibility for ensuring that all recruitment targets, including Omanisation are met on time and within budget
• Ensures complete compliance with Recruitment processes.
Salary:
OMR
1,000 to 1,200
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Requirements
Minimum conditions for the appointment:
• Degree Minimum Bachelor's
• 5 years of Experience in related field
• Candidates must have significant experience in Oman
• Experience in Recruitment is Compulsory
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Fluency in English
• Excellent Computer literacy
