Multi-Disciplinary Consultancy

Our client is a major multi-disciplinary consultancy which is experiencing a rapid period of growth, due to several new project awards. A new requirement has arisen for a Resident Engineer from an Architecture background, to join its team based in Muscat, Oman.
The project is a large scale Corporate HQ, for a prominent Company.
The Resident Engineer will be responsible for managing the site based operations.
Requirements
- Degree qualified (or equivalent due to visa restrictions) in Architecture
- Possess a proven track record as a Resident Engineer on Building Structures. A proven track record working in the designation of Resident Engineer / Lead Site Based Architect for at least 5 years is essential.
- Previous exposure working within highly reputable multi-disciplinary / engineering consultancies
- Exposure to large scale housing / residential / master planned community projects is essential
- Experience working in the Middle East is essential
- Must have experience using FIDIC
- Strong presentation skills
- Excellent leadership and communication skills are a pre-requisite of the role.
