Charterhouse is working with a highly successful, international insurance organisation in the heart of Oman who is looking to hire a Risk Manager. This role has evolved due to growth across the organisation and is an excellent opportunity for someone to take that next step in their career.

As the Risk Manager, you will act in the best interests of the company by minimising underwriting risk and ensuring the company trades compliantly. You will embed and manage the underwriting risk framework, to include the testing and reporting of controls as required; implementing, embedding and reporting underwriting risk throughout the business.

Requirements

The successful candidate should be degree educated, preferably with an IRM qualification and experience within the region. Due to extensive communication with the head office, a native English speaker is required for this role as is someone who is able to travel with limited visa restrictions.
