Job description / Role
Experienced Sales Manager required to take on the role of AGM Sales, reporting to the GM of Sales and working for a large fabrication and manufacturing company based in Muscat. Oman.
Managing the company’s existing customer base and expanding to new market segments and geographical areas.
• Preparation of tenders, quotations and negotiating and finalizing orders
• Interacting with Consultants, Architects and Clients for getting the products specified in to projects on a continuous basis
• Extending technical support to customers.
• Collecting market intelligence on pricing, competition, projects, new product opportunities etc
• Coordinating with the production, logistics and procurement to oversee the entire sales process, including payment collection
Requirements
• Candidates are preferred with a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and MBA preferred.
• 10-15 years of experience in the Gulf region working in the pipe industry.
• Knowledge of uPVC products is highly desirable.
