Job description / Role
Develop and maintain a lean and mean Sales Team which will guarantee sustainable growth in the Oman Tyre Market.
• To build a close working relationship with other functions who are directly reporting to GM.
• SM is responsible for the sales results of PCR plus 4x4 and Trucks and Governmental Affairs.
• Responsible for the target setting and achieving.
• Needs to drive the Market Distribution Plan (MDP) and consolidate the monthly MDP.
• Responsible for the staffing of the sales team.
• Responsible for annual budgeting.
• Responsible for the training and personal development of the sales team.
• Provide valuable feedback / input that will further grow the HTG business.
Requirements
• Graduation / Post-Graduation in Engineering/Technology & in Business Administration or related field.
• Experience in GCC Market in branded tyre products.
• Excellent organizational & planning skills.
• Expertise in Excel & power point.
