Senior Agent - Customer Services Base Station (OMANI ONLY)

General

- Ensure that designated responsibilities are executed in accordance with applicable regulations and standards of Oman Air.
- Shall comply with laws, regulations and procedures of the State of work location.
- Be familiar with the laws, regulations and procedures pertinent to the performance of the duties.
- Responsible to execute quality responsibilities in accordance with Quality Assurance Operations Manual
- Responsible to execute safety responsibilities in accordance with Safety Management Systems Manual.

Job Related

- Ensure that passengers are guided and assistance provided at check-in counters and transfer desk areas.
- Ensure that assistance for special passengers, is extended without delay and interruptions.
- Ensure seamless transfer of Oman Air passengers and baggage.
- Be responsible to ensure that all passengers accepted at assigned station hold valid travel documents.
- Exercise cost control and provide constant feed back to the management on cost control strategies and processes.
- Exercise revenue control in order to avoid revenue leakage.
- Ensure that all checked in passengers report to gate in time.
- Assist passengers at the immigration and inform supervisor in case of any irregularity
- Update the movement board
- Ensure in-time assistance provided to passengers with mishandled baggage issues.
- Ensure all revenue documents are collected from GH with correct count of coupons without any discrepancy.
- Update “PaxPlus” system.
- Complete post flight documentation and reports.

Requirements

Fresh Bachelor degree OR Fresh Two years college Diploma in a related discipline OR Specialized certificate / license in the related field with Secondary School and having 04 years of WY / Aviation experience in similar function
