Senior EDM Specialist

Particular

• Knowledge and experience of standards and practices related to project IM strategy/planning, project vendor data control, project data control and handover.
• Knowledge of project management and engineering process and interaction with project manager, service manager, project engineers, discipline engineers.
• Knowledge and experience of common document and data management tools (such as EDMS, Engineering Data Warehouse, etc.).
• Knowledge and experience of typical interaction with sub-contractors and suppliers on document and data flow to manage vendor data on the large and mega projects.

Communication Skills

• Strong presentation, negotiation and written communication skills. Strong leadership capability.

Personal

• Good interpersonal and communication skills and an extrovert. Well organized with excellent IT skills including MS Office, electronic document management system, ACONEX, SAP, reporting tools.

Experience

• 18 years of experience with a minimum of 5 years of experience in projects (Oil & Gas or Petrochemicals etc.) with more than 5 years' experience in vendor data management specialist domain.
