Senior Manager - Cargo Revenue Management - Oman Air Section
- Manage and lead activities of cargo revenue management team
- Source, design and implement strategic and tactical tools to monitor the business model and to increase profitability, Yield and load factors
- Establish profitability model for Online-Offline operation and monitor results of actual Flights and Network Contribution
- Maximize Oman Air Cargo revenue through smart global pricing strategies and short and long term regional pricing policies
- Develop Strategic Interline alliances to maximize Revenue on underutilized sectors and network development for Oman air
- Build a revenue opportunity model that measures incremental revenue contributions. Ensure all revenue controls are implemented attributable to revenue management control
- Effectively ensure the use of appropriate technology to drive Capacity management focus, identify interline SPA contracts with other airlines, Charter operators, regional carriers and surface transporters to enable increased local and global market access
- Direct team to identify untapped revenue through effective pricing opportunities, map and anticipate upcoming trends and developments in each operating country and offline regions
- Provides a consistent and reliable method to measure Revenue Management performance by isolating the revenue impact from other factors, such as pricing and schedule changes
- Monitor traffic flows, originating from the dedicated markets to the respective destinations, and drive improvements in the areas of pricing maximizing the contribution across the whole network
Requirements
Bachelor degree in a related discipline preferably in Commerce or Finance with 10 years of experience in Revenue Management / Pricing / Capacity Control in Air Cargo Sector in which a minimum of 03 years in a Managerial position. Master degree in a related discipline will be an added advantage.
