Job description / Role
- Reports to Manager - Lounge.
- Is responsible for the running of the lounge as per the company standards.
- Monitor all systems and implement all standard regulatory requirements in a consistent manner.
- Will function QMR when appointed.
- Assist supervising staff in running the lounge smoothly.
- Delegate tasks to all lounge staff with the coordination of the Lounge Officer.
- Finalize working procedures to maintain a smooth & efficient operations.
- Assist the lounge manager in initiate and implement process enhancement & productivity improvement progress.
- Provide leadership to staff.
- Work as team along with the management towards development, implementation, maintenance and improvement of quality management system.
- Identify areas of improvement & participate in the continual improvement activities.
- Maintain the flow of operation according to the ISO standards guidelines.
- Be able to control and handle the operating cost with in the budget.
- Be able to motivate, empower and maintain the harmonious work place as a team.
- Accomplishes financial objective by forecasting requirements, preparing annual budget and analyzing corrective actions to gin more revenue.
- Be able to train employees, maintaining the safe, secure and legal environment, developing personal growth opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree holder in a related discipline preferably in Hotel Management or equivalent with 04 years of relevant experience preferably in a similar position in customer service and administration,
- Or Two years college Diploma in a related discipline having 06 years of relevant experience.
- Or Specialised certificate / license in a related field with Secondary School and having 10 years of WY / Aviation experience in a similar role and functions
