Job description / Role
- Develop (under supervision) the corporate financial model for Oman Air as part of the business plan
- Maintain and update the model according to business development
- Develop reports including graphical and numerical outputs
- Identify and follow a set of competitors for benchmarking purposes
- Co-ordinate the approach to performance management, leading on the development and presentation of performance reports and benchmarking activities, and supporting the corporate performance management framework
- Plan, scope and deliver a range of individual service reviews and projects in line with key corporate and service improvement plan objective, to continually improve service efficiency, outcomes, delivery and performance
- Establish, maintain and continually review a comprehensive corporate performance management framework to ensure it remains fit for purpose
- Take a lead in the development and co-ordination of benchmarking activities and Value for money activities; including the provision of accurate and relevant benchmarking data, to enable the service to assess its performance and costs across a range of peer groups and implement change, as a result
- Develop, maintain and distribute KPIs for Oman Air and relevant departments
- Conduct project-specific activities when and as assigned
- Ensures that project-department milestone-goals are met and adhering to approved budgets.

Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Commerce / Finance / Accounting and having 02-04 years of post-qualification work experience in a similar role in an organization or consulting company of repute.
- Or Two years college Diploma in Commerce / Finance / Accounting and having 06 years of post-qualification work experience in a similar role in an organization or an consulting company of repute.
