Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Role Purpose: Develop and implement Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) procedures and maintain effective logistics operations.

Deliverables:
- Ensures continuous market and logistics (ML) operations
- Identifies supply demands from stakeholders
- Gathers accurate market information in order to effectively satisfy internal material demand
- Establishes and maintains Supplier Master Database (SMD) to facilitate ML administration
- Coordinates with government authorities in order to obtain all required documentation/permissions and clearances (custom/port)
- Develops and implements Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) procedures and practices to ensure efficient operations
- Assess new supplier capabilities to minimize risks.
- Monitors ML performance and develops efficiency improvement methods.

Requirements

- Degree in Engineering, Business Administration or Operations.
- Minimum relevant experience is 4 years
- Knowledge of Procurement and logistics procedures
- Knowledge of Commercial Terms, Custom Procedures and Regulations
- Knowledge of Transportation Regulations, Warehouse Procedures and Harmonized System Codes
- Has Market Intelligence knowledge
- Knowledge of Planning and Scheduling
- Ability to prepare relevant reports.
