Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Senior Officer - Contract and Administration Training Contract and Admin (Omanis Only)

- Complete all functions related to the Training, Manpower, Capital Expenditure and Operating Budgets.
- Scrutinize and finalize all training contracts-agreements with outside training vendors and to liaise for any amendments or extensions of the contracts.
- Prepare all training contracts intended for staff and company’s trainees.
- Carry out all functions for stipend and trainees allowances.
- Check and authorize all system Duty Travel entries for the training before seeking approval.
- Check and authorize all system Annual Leave application entries for the training before seeking approval.
- Arrange all system requisition entries for the training send for approval.
- Control and maintain all fixed Assets, repair and its movements.
- Check all training invoices, received - sent from - to our customers and accordingly finalize all formalities with the Finance Departments.
- Total management and reconciliation of department petty cash float and meal coupons.
- Carry out related matters, tasks, assignments or projects delegated by the Sr. Manager Learning & Development.
- Any other jobs that may be assigned by Vice President – Learning & Development

Requirements

Education & Experience:

Bachelor Degree in related discipline preferably in Finance / Accounting studies / Business Management with the specialization of accounting background having 04 years of relevant work experience preferably with a major accounting departments is mandatory. OR Two year college Diploma in related discipline with 06 years of relevant experience OR Specialised certificate / license in the related field with Secondary School and having 10 years of WY / Aviation experience in similar function. Previous direct experience in relating to budgeting, costing, invoicing and cash management is required. Additional qualifications in accounting and contract will be advantage.

Special Skills & Knowledge:

Proficiency in English (Spoken & Written). Knowledge of Arabic or a foreign language will be an advantage Proficiency in MS office Familiarity with Budgeting, costing, contract management and Asset control. Knowledge of Cash management, ERP, invoicing Duty travel processing, asset maintenance and Logistic. Well conversant in financial aspect and Contracts management. Self-Disciplined with and ability to perform well under pressure. Time management, problem solving and negotiation skills
