Senior Oracle Cloud HCM Consultant

Job description / Role

A highly skilled and results-driven Senior Oracle Cloud HCM Consultant with extensive hands-on experience across Core HR, Absence Management, Talent Management, and Oman-specific Payroll modules. With a strong background in delivering minimum two end-to-end Oracle Cloud HCM implementations, the candidate has demonstrated the ability to translate business needs into effective system solutions that improve HR operations and compliance.

Proficient in configuring, testing, and deploying Oracle Cloud HCM modules, the candidate brings deep functional understanding of HR business processes, workflows, and statutory requirements in the GCC region—especially Oman. Their expertise includes designing scalable solutions, leading functional workshops, preparing documentation, supporting data migration, conducting user training, and providing post-go-live support.

Known for exceptional analytical and communication skills, the candidate excels at collaborating with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and leadership to ensure seamless project execution. They are adept at identifying process gaps, recommending enhancements, and ensuring optimal utilization of Oracle Cloud capabilities.

a) Strong expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud modules: Core HR, Absence, Talent Management, and Oman-specific Payroll
b) Minimum 2 end-to-end implementation projects in Oracle Cloud HCM
c) Solid functional understanding of Oracle Cloud business processes
d) Ability to lead discussions with business users and drive onsite project activities
e) Strong coordination skills to work with offshore teams and ensure timely deliverables

Salary:
OMR 1,600 to 1,700 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
