Senior Project Engineer

- Monthly, Weekly, and daily review and follow up of the Project Plan for the individual project timelines and activity carried out by the contractor & consultant.
- Check and review the consultants and contractors’ invoices for each individual project.
- Review of the electrical document’s specifications e.g. drawings, to ensure the electrical specification is in line with requirements
- Visits sites to monitor progress and the installation of all electrical equipment. Reports all findings and raises discrepancies where necessary.
- Coordination with the Civil Engineer to ensure that civil works are in line with the required specifications.
- Following all regulations as stipulated by both the Government
- Ensuring the HSE plan is in place at project commencement and is followed for the duration of the project
- Making recovery plans and ensuring they are acted upon by the Contractors for any HSE inconsistencies
- Preparing and reviewing all financial reports required like cash flows, VOWD for the projects.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering
- PMP Certification is a must
- Min of 6+ years’ experience in Electrical Utilities and project management
- Knowledge and Understanding of the Asset Management, QHSE Management System and IT Security Standard Requirements
