Senior Project Manager
Muscat, Oman

You will be working as Senior Project Manager to pick up delivery of all residential products (350-500 units per year - Villas and Apartments) for a leading developer in Muscat.

This is senior level position within company
• Manage small team of PMs/Construction Managers
• Push contractor to ensure hit production goals
• Supervise consultants.

Salary:
OMR 5,000 to 7,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

• Ideally you will have volume residential production experience from UK
• Also design management key
• Mix of experience (Contractor and client side experience)
• Residential experience
• Middle East experience
• Civil engineering background
• 15 years experience
