Job description / Role
This is a position for an expat Senior Quantity Surveyor with a highly respected Consultancy in Oman. You will be the Senior Quantity Surveyor on a large building project lasting 4 years with view to a permanent role after.
You will be leading a team of Quantity Surveyors and be dealing with some contractual aspects of the project. You will be based in Nizwa which is 1.5 hours outside of Muscat, the cost of living here is extremely low.
Requirements
Thee ideal candidate has at least 12 years experience, holds a BSc Quantity Surveying and is MRICS. You will have worked on a large Museum project and have some experience in the GCC with a Consultancy.
Your qualification should ideally be from a Western University, the salary for this position is very desirable.
