Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

• Maintain and grow a corporate portfolio.
• Deliver allocated performance targets for various products.
• Maintain relationship with customers and deliver superior customer service to ensure customers' needs are met.
• Proactively engage with Personal Clients hidden affluent and advise to approach bank with complex investment needs.
• Actively participate in Priority Banking / other Bank's marketing and promotional activities to acquire customers, as well as cross-selling to existing customers.
• Ensure compliance of Management Manual, Operating Manuals and Bank's laid down knowledge of the various products offered by all departments.
• Accountable for implementing and complying with AML requirements when performing duties
• Learn and understand all relevant regulations and internal Risk & Compliance policies and procedures.
• Generate and negotiate new corporate client deals to the best of the bank’s interest
• Advanced networking with client across GCC with potential marketing opportunities
• In-depth finical analysis of company balance sheet
• Proficient, writing skills for proposals and other related document
• Time management of maintenance of current portfolio including turnaround period of proposals and achieving target.
• Manage time for existing and potential clients in addition for turnaround period of proposals

Requirements

• A University graduate.
• Have sales experience gained in the banking and financial services industry.
• Minimum of 4-5 year work experience in the position of a Senior Relationship Manager
• High networking capabilities in the Sultanate of Oman and the GCC region
• Sound knowledge of financial products and services and banking procedures, equities markets, unit trusts and other personal investment services are preferred.
• Good investment counseling and analytical skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to deal with all levels of people, often in complex and difficult situations.
• Team player who shows initiative and assertiveness.
• Self-motivator who is keen to upgrade, improve personal knowledge and skills to meet job requirements.
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Arabic
• Hardworking and willing to put in initiative without micro-management .
