Senior SCADA and Communication Engineer

Job description / Role

Design, install and maintain all types of Telecommunication, Remote Terminal Units (RTU) and Substation Control Systems (SCS). Ensuring proper regular preventative maintenance for SCS, RTU and realize efficient communication system for protection, SCADA, data and voice communications.

- Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics / communication
- 6+ years’ experience on maintenance of computer & network equipment
- Responsible for the installation, commissioning, configuration and maintenance of communication systems at substations and LDC
- Maintenance of – Servers, Operators/Engineering workstations at Substations
- BCUs, Gateways and RTUs equipment
- Network equipment – Hubs, Switches
- Communication devices – Multiplexers and Telephony systems
- Follow up and monitor commissioning of new systems such as SCADA & SCS Systems
- Preventative maintenance of communication, RTU/SCS and SCADA System
- Attending of FAT and SAT test at Factories and Substations.
