Senior Talent Management Officer

- Develop and implement talent management strategies and programs to attract, develop, and retain top talent.
- Design and oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and talent assessments.
- Conduct talent analytics and workforce planning to support strategic decision-making.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent management and HR.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to talent management practices.
- Partner with HR colleagues to align talent management strategies with overall HR goals and objectives.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proven experience in talent management or includes:
- PMS
- Assessment
- Training & development
- Planning
- Engagement surveys
- Talent management matrix and Analytics
- Competency Framework
- Competency based training and development
- Strong knowledge of talent management principles, practices, and tools.
- Proficiency in talent analytics and data-driven decision-making.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and lead cross-functional projects
- Priority will be given to immediate joiners or with short notice period.

Salary:
OMR 500 to 600 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
