Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Qualified and professional ICT Service Delivery person required for a growing ICT provider.

To deliver, procure, install standard and non-standard ICT solutions to customers.

To support a continuous follow up with several departments (Service Delivery, Installation and Repair, Customer Service Design and Network) for implementation of ICT work orders.

Requirements

Candidate must be customer-centric and delivery focused. In addition, Thorough knowledge of project management tools such as Critical Path Methodology (e.g. MS Project or Primavera)

• Good knowledge of cost control, planning and finance
• Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Access
• Degree in Electrical/ Electronics / Telecommunications/ Computer Engineering or equivalent qualifications
• Advanced Master Certificate in Project Management, PMP or equivalent
• Minimum of 5 years in Project Management or/and Service Delivery
