Job description / Role
The Strategic Procurement Specialist position exists to plan, direct, and coordinate the procurement activities of the major Raw Materials. You will bear overall responsibility for the strategic and tactical activities involved in raw materials procurement and inventories management with a focus on maintaining optimal inventories and supplier performance. You will report into the Procurement Manager.
Day to day will comprise of planning and executing the contracts negotiated by the procurement manager.
Requirements
You must have in-depth knowledge of the petrochemical industry.
