Employment: Full Time

Operational

- Plan manpower, Pushback tugs and ground support equipment in accordance to the flight schedules and ground time to ensure optimal utilization of manpower.
- Check to ensure that all staff adhere to safety measures and dress code such as PPE and other related measures, carry out safety tool box beginning of each shift.
- Coordinate with RDM and equipment coordinator to ensure that all pushback tugs- GPU- ASU- ACU and tow bars equipment’s are operationally safe to use and liaise with GSEW to take necessary action steps for repair.
- Check staff attendance arrange overtime and allocate effective replacements ensuring timely completion of pushback & GSE services.
- Monitor staff in shift are having valid (ROP- ADP- EOP) licenses and report to line manager accordingly.
- Ensure delivery of Pushback and ground support units to our customers and exceed their expectations.
- Follow all relevant departmental polices, processes, standard operating procedures and instruction so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
- Ensure operators are conducting operational inspection of tow tractor and tow bar before every use.
- Maintain cleanliness of Towing Tractor-Tow Bars at all time.
- Ensure Pushback and ground support services are charged on time and details for customer service rendered to be coordinated with other departments involved.
- Monitor radio communication towing and ground support equipment service requests directive from Airline customer-Engineering-RDM-TRC.
- Conduct a pushback or GSE task as if necessary as per operation requirement.
- Ensure operators comply with OGH- Oman Airports towing SOP at all times and safety regulation as per OGH, EASA, IATA safety standards.
- Support, coach, develop and motivate all team members and peers to build morale and ensure excellent discipline and compliance to company procedures and standards.

Requirements

- Fresh Bachelor Degree in a related discipline with Cumulative GPA 3.0
- Or Two years college Diploma in a related discipline with 2 years of relevant work experience preferably in Airline/Ground Handling either above or below the wing (in one or more core areas such as ramp, load control, passenger services and cargo) in any major international airport.
