Supply Chain Director (Catering) – Oman – Big Fish

Our client is specialising in Integrated Facilities Management, Hard and Soft FM, Accommodation and Catering. They are currently seeking a Supply Chain Director (Catering).

The Supply Chain Director provides strategic leadership and governance for procurement, subcontracting, logistics, and supplier management across company. The role ensures a resilient, compliant, and value-driven supply chain supporting Integrated Facilities Management (IFM), catering, accommodation, utilities, and PPP/DBOOM business models, while delivering measurable outcomes in cost optimisation, food safety, risk management, ICV, and ESG performance.

This role will oversee procurement, warehousing, logistics, and vendor management to optimize efficiency, strengthen partnerships, and deliver high-quality support to operations

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 15 years of progressive supply chain experience, including at least 7 years in a leadership role.
• Proven expertise in managing supply chains for large-scale catering, hospitality, or industrial services.
• Strong knowledge of food and non-food products, cold chain logistics, and warehousing systems.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP / Oracle / JDE).
• GCC experience in supply chain leadership, preferably in multi-site operations

Salary:
OMR 2,500 to 3,500 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
