Talent Development LLC are partnering with a client in the financial services sector in the recruitment of Talent Acquisition Assistant. This is a new role within an established HR team in the Muscat head office.
The role will be responsible for the recruitment of mid-management to senior level positions both from the local and international markets. Typical vacancies under recruitment will be within technical disciplines, both technology and financial services.
Applicants for this role must come from a recruitment / human resources background with specific experience managing technical positions through sourcing talent from the local market, as well as using technology to capture candidates from relevant international markets.
From identifying potential candidates, this role will be responsible for screening (in person, by telephone and video conference), conducting assessments and managing the interview process alongside senior management within the various business units.
Due to the international nature of the projects under recruitment, candidates must be fluent bilingual in Arabic & English.
Candidates must be Omani national.
Working hours are Sunday to Thursday 8am - 5pm
