Technical Training Officer

Job description / Role

We are seeking a proactive Technical Training Officer with a customer-focused approach. The role involves developing and delivering technical training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.

- Develop and conduct technical training programs for employees.
- Assess training needs and create relevant curriculum.
- Coordinate training schedules and logistics.
- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness.
- Provide technical support and guidance to trainees.
- Maintain training records and documentation.
- Collaborate with departments to address training gaps.
- Stay updated on industry trends and technologies.

- Bachelor’s degree, in business administration, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum 6 years experience in the automotive industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to design and deliver effective training programs.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using service management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
