Seeking an Urban Planner with 15+ years of experience, including 5 years in the GCC, to lead master planning and infrastructure integration under a PMC contract. Description
* Develop and implement master planning strategies, ensuring alignment with regional regulations and sustainability goals.
* Collaborate with architects, engineers, and government authorities to shape urban development plans.
* Conduct feasibility studies, impact assessments, and land-use analysis for the project.
* Ensure infrastructure planning, zoning, and transportation networks support long-term urban growth.
* Review and provide technical guidance on development frameworks, design codes, and regulatory compliance.
* Assess and integrate environmental, social, and economic factors into urban planning strategies.
* Manage stakeholder engagement, including municipalities, developers, and community representatives.
* Prepare high-level reports, presentations, and planning documents for decision-making.
* Support in policy development, regulatory approvals, and project governance.

Requirements:
* 15+ years of experience in urban planning and master development, including 5 years in the GCC.
* Strong background in land-use planning, infrastructure integration, and regulatory frameworks.
* Experience working in an engineering consultancy within a PMC contract.
* Proficiency in GIS, urban modeling tools, and planning software.
* Knowledge of sustainability, smart cities, and transit-oriented development.
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
* Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning, Architecture, or a related field (Master's preferred).
* Professional accreditation (e.g., AICP, RTPI, PEng) is a plus.
