Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

• Arrange table set-ups before and a ft er each customer according to the brand’s set standards
• Present customers upon arrival with the menu, assist in their item selec ti on, , take orders and serve food in a ti mely manner
• Communicate e ff iciently with the kitchen sta ff and barista to guarantee customer sa ti sfac ti on and liaise with other departments to ensure smooth running of opera ti ons
• Make sure the sta ff is providing a friendly, professional and ti mely service at all ti mes and report immediately any discrepancies/customer complaints to the Manager on duty
• Collect bill payments from customers and hand them over to the cashier

Requirements

• High School Degree
• 1-2 years of experience in customer service in a similar role
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus
