Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with a leading international supplier to the Oil and Gas industry who have an opportunity for a workshop supervisor in Oman.
You will manage the workshop activity in the terms of quantity, quality, time, safety, performance and environment. You will ensure the compliance of pumps, systems and spare parts produced and the capability of the production process (including welding technique). Following the FMECA and action plan created, you will manage the monthly KPIs, proposing action plan improvements to management. In addition, you will ensure reactive and efficient corrective maintenance of PCP equipment in the workshop, conducting destructive and non-destructive failure analysis.
Requirements
The successful candidate should have experience of working in a production assembly environment and have lead and mentored a small workshop previously. You should ideally come from a mechanical maintenance background but other relevant experience will be considered.
