With the new electives process from Microsoft, you will now have the option of choosing the study path that best suits your career and your organisation's needs.

The two exams that are required to obtain your MCSA Windows Server 2012 certification are:

• 70-410: Installing and Configuring Windows Server 2012
• 70-411: Administering Windows Server 2012

You can then choose the third exam that best suits you:

• 70-346: Managing Office 365 Identities and Requirements
• 74-409: Server Virtualisation with Windows Server Hyper-V and System Center
• 70-412: Configuring Advanced Windows Server 2012 Services
• 70-462: Administering Microsoft SQL Server 2012 Databases
• MCSE: Server Infrastructure

The MCSE: Server Infrastructure certification consists of two courses and their accompanying exams namely:

• Exam 70-413 Designing and Implementing a Server Infrastructure
• Exam 70-414 Implementing an Advanced Server Infrastructure

Successful completion of these two courses and a passing mark for each exam will result in the MCSE: Server Infrastructure certification which is awarded by Microsoft.
