BIM Expert

Job description / Role

• Should be responsible for the implementation of Building Information Modelling (BIM) and the Digital Construction procedures at the design, construction and handover stages of a project.
• Should have IT skills and the ability to use multiple software disciplines as they will be expected to "drive" the model during meetings.
• Should have 10+ years of BIM experience.
• Drives the strategic planning and management of BIM/Revit functions including building BIM/Revit capability, resource planning, and overall management of BIM environment, under the guidance of Project Management on site.
• As part of a multi-disciplinary project delivery team, supports with contributing actively to structure, process and compliance improvements; improves BIM work-flows, policies, procedures, processes and controls to ensure full adherence with QA/QC requirements in accordance with Company's ISO9001 Quality Management System.

Requirements

Qualifications
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Structural design review
• Ability to work using modeling software’s such as (Revit , AutoCAD)
• Ability to use clash detection software
• Have a good engineering background in structural field related structural systems, section and different details.

• Revit , AutoCAD, Naviswork
