Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Increase in-salon market share of PPD Products, by translating strategies in in-market execution plans.
- Review the territorial optimization in coordination with sales team to accelerate business.
- Develop channel-wise business development strategies
- Identify new business opportunities, plan and execute to deliver business objectives
- Work closely with sales team to deliver brand wise distribution objectives & plan efficient routing to ensure best possible servicing to maximum number of customers.

Requirements

- Translate and execute the marketing strategy into impactful in-salon execution plans, respecting and tracking commercial budget and business objectives
- Annual planning for the execution of salon expert program while closely working with the Sales, Marketing and Education team.
- Lead and ensure JBPs are locked with Salon expert Salons in collaboration with Sales team.
- Actively participate in forecasting discussion to develop joint forecast in coordination with Marketing, Finance and Operations team.
