Job Role:
• Manage the Estimating Department effectively and efficiently to meet the turnover and profitability performance expected of the company
• Ensure through direction that existing and new customers are serviced and developed effectively
• Prepare all estimation documents in line with achieving profitable margin and handle the projects and ensure that the estimate provided is effective
• Prepare detail records of the estimate and provided a breakup, which included the material cost and the materials required for the project
• Update the project in accordance to the client requirements; verify the project and other specification
• Monitor compliance of standards through all phases of estimating processes
• Provide the customer with excellent service resulting in a high level of customer satisfaction

Requirements

Requirements:
• Male, 45 y/o and below
• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or Engineering, Chartered Quantity Surveyor, Industry Specific certification, or any related courses
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in similar role specifically from Aluminum industries or projects
• Proficiency in computer software including Microsoft Word, Excel, SchuCal and SchuCad, AutoCAD etc.
• Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of the flow needed for the execution
• With adequate knowledge of corporate objectives that impact estimation, market strategies, techniques, and contracts
• Can communicate effectively both speaking and written
• Candidates who can join immediately and currently in Pakistan will be prioritized
• Open to Pakistani nationals who are currently in the UAE and willing to return to their home country
