Job description / Role
Our client is a global Facilities Management Company, they have a portfolio of blue chip clients and manage TFM (Hard and Soft) services across multiple property types including: Commercial, Retail, Education, Health and Aviation. They are currently seeking a Country Finance Manager to join their Pakistan operation. The successful candidate will be responsible financial health of the company by producing financial reports and developing strategies based on financial research. Candidates should ideally have previous experience in multinational FM or Real Estate Consultancy companies in GCC region.

Requirements
Requirements:
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, economics, finance, accounting or a related field
- Extensive understanding of financial trends both within the company and general market patterns
- At least five years of experience in senior finance leadership positions
- Analytical, detail-oriented, organizational, strong communication and excellent math skills
- Professional qualification such as CFA /CPA/ ACCA or similar will be considered a plus
