• Strategically aligned Organisation
• Drive implementation of FG 2K25 Strategy and yearly AOPs for HR and Business.
• Muscle Build the Organisation through Robust Talent Pipeline for Business & Talent sustainability
• Process Excellence: Drive Lean & Risk Intelligent organisation and ensure 100% Lean Implemented thru:
• HR - Digitisation Go Live with BI Enabled Decision Making
• BCP Implementation.
• COSO L4 achievement & maintaining
• High Quality customer focused Service Delivery
• Organisation Capability
• Ensure critical skill set is in place for current & future business needs. Address outages proactively.
• Implement re structuring strategies through cross training, rotations, projects, etc for well rounded talent readiness.
• Lead Talent Strategy for fertiliser business to deliver sustainable "One Talent Pool"
• Lead E2L program inducting high quality talent from of robust Talent pipeline through hiring of MTOs & GTEs, IT Batch hiring, IA ACCA 3 year internship programs
• Succession Capability development through
• LFF Batches and its sustainability
• 3 Generation Leadership development and sustainability
• Employees Capability Enhancement
• Integrated DNA & IDPs with iPMP
• MPQI Roll out and action planning
• Induction of Online Development Tools
• Future Fit Organisation
• Organisation Wide Development Centres for all M9 and above positions
• Introduce Talent Exchange Program across fertiliser
• Talent Retention Programs
• LTI Programs Roll-out as per plan
• Policies Aligned; updated ad roll out across the business

Requirements

• Preferably a successful candidate will have experience in industries such as petrochemical, fertiliser, oil and gas, large scale manufacturing, MNC's or FMCG's.
• With a minimum of 20 years of experience.
• The role will require relocation to Pakistan on a permanent basis, with a vast experience in HR Digitisation.
