HRBP & Learning Manager

Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Attract, select and identify talent, and direct career management and succession plans alongside the DHR in order to develop the motivation and commitment of talent, to reinforce retention and to ensure optimization of skills within the company.
- Implement the Talent Management process and individual payroll revisions alongside the DHR.
- Ensure legal security at both individual and collective levels, as well as compliance with HR processes and practices, according to applicable legal provisions, in consultation with managers.
- Conduct Group HR projects (HR masterplan)
- Outline business issues for his/her unit in terms of HR issues and projects, anticipate and accompany operational requirements and organizational changes, acting as a business strategic driver.
- Create conditions for a high-quality social environment, in particular alongside social partners, and strengthen the quality of life in the workplace.
- Consolidate and analyze HR key performance indicators (KPIs) and annual reports for his/her area of activity, according to defined objectives.
- Strengthen and promote L'Oreal's image, as well as its diversity, by ensuring respect for the Group's values and code of ethics.
- Manage a team by monitoring the development of expertise and skills.


- Create and implement innovative and efficient learning solutions according to the business & HR needs, culture and Group learning policy
- Constantly diagnose individuals, teams and organizations short and medium-term needs
- Create, roll-out and evaluate high quality learning solutions that combine a variety of media/methodologies and foster L'Oréal culture
- Identify, recruit, develop and reward internal speakers/trainers
- Manage partnership with external providers/consultants/experts/certified trainers
- Facilitate learning events & workshop by respecting the unique learning experience
- Measure the learning impact for continuous improvement and communicate to the business
- Monitor the budget allocated and optimize learning investments efficiency
- Use of data and metrics to drive learning activity as a business
- Promote learning activity and contribution to business, internally and externally
- Stay up-to-date on learning news and trends
- Advise manager and HRD on appropriate development levers link to development needs or carrier plan
- Design and follow-up of short and mid-term development plans
- Ensure integration program (fit) for newcomers in collaboration with recruitment team
