Job description / Role
Principal Accountabilities / Responsibilities
- Deliver International Accounts Sales targets, display and product listing as per plan in Central & North territories.
- Negotiate and trade terms and promotion plan with accounts in line with annual contract numbers
- Achieve leading position in category in all International accounts.
- Implement global winning POB initiatives
- Develop Trade Marketing tools, merchandising materials and in-store programs for effective shelf management to induce shoppers to purchase company's products at shelf.

- MBA in Sales or Marketing
Skills
- Analytical and Problem-solving skills
- Negotiating and influencing skills
- Collaborative can work effectively with field sales management
- Excellent presentation skills
Experience
- 2 - 3 years experience in similar position preferably in the food sector.
