Develops and manages relationships with lenders / financial institutions, to include, but not limited to, banks, leasing companies, micro-financiers, devise competitive lending products with our FI partners to ensure easy access to finance for our captains, etc. The role will require overall management and implementation of FleetCo related schemes and operations across Pakistan.

Responsibilities
- Manages business relationships from a small to complex nature. Analyzes financial and related data to determine feasibility of financial offerings from a commercial viewpoint
- Identifies, manages and mitigates bottlenecks - will be required to work in very close coordination with FleetCo teams across Pakistan, as well as with the relevant FI's, to ensure schemes are being smoothly executed.
- Work in very close coordination with Director FleetCo, on a daily basis
Develops pipeline by contacting all possible stakeholders to ensure company targets are met
- Follows all applicable laws and regulations.
- Performs other duties and projects as assigned.

Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree in business, accounting or related field
- 3 to 5 years of commercial credit, financial analysis or commercial lending including credit risk management experience
- Advanced knowledge of related provincial and federal lending and compliance regulations, and other Bank lending policies
- Strong operational and team management skills
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Fluent in local language and English is a must
