Job description / Role
Primary Accountabilities / Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver the SQCDSM targets of the PB category and ensure process stability. Delivery of products as per S&OP targets and in conformance to the QF&S standards.
- Implement EHS standards and ensure health & safety of the employee & assets.
- Compliance of CSMS, Q&FS, HACCP, GMP, ISO 22000 etc. in terms of standard operating procedures, deliver consistent product quality and product safety.
- Develop & maintain effective relationships with business partners (e.g. Finance, HR, NPD, Q&FS, industry groups, governments, CBA) and colleagues.
- Identify and influence technology upgrade and improvement
- Deliver manufacturing cost and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
- Ensure that company manufacturing assets are in good condition.
- Ensure 100% execution of NPD projects with 0 delays to the business.
- Develop next level managers.
- Lead DMS3 meetings at the shift and line level, and help in data collection, root cause analysis and analyzing the data.
- Ensure the sustainability of the IL6S program at PB Plant, covering resource, process and behaviours
Requirements
Qualifications
Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required
Knowledge including: education, qualifications and training
- BE, MSc in Food Technology, microbiology or chemistry
- An advanced degree in a related field or MBA preferable
- Training in employees' safety and sustainability description
Skills
- Strong interpersonal and influencing skills
- Proven facilitation skills
- Innovative problem solving capability and ability to seek new solutions and ideas.
- Team Player
- Able to propose alternatives to drive down costs.
- Should possess leadership qualities and managerial abilities.
- An ability to constantly monitor the KPIs.
Experience
- Minimum 5 years experience in a manufacturing management role in FMCG
