Operations Manager for Visa/Immigration Industry - Italian Speaker

To be considered for this role, you need to meet the following criteria:

Industry Experience:
• Extensive experience in the visa/immigration industry, ideally with organizations like Almaviva, TLS, or similar.
• Candidates who have transitioned out of the visa/immigration sector but possess strong, relevant experience are also encouraged to apply.

Nationality & Relocation:
• Due to the requirement of the business, a native Italian speaker is required.
• Must be willing to relocate to or already be based in Pakistan.

Client & Stakeholder Management:
• Strong background in managing client relationships, particularly with embassies or government entities.
• Diplomatic and professional demeanor to represent the organization effectively.

Operations Management:
• Proven experience managing multi-office operations (e.g., Islamabad, Karachi, Lahore, Quetta, Multan, and Faisalabad).
• Leadership in overseeing teams of approximately 70 staff members.
• Expertise in team management, coaching, and staff development.

Revenue Growth & Business Development:
• Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and expand Value-Added Services (VAS).
• Strong business acumen, analytical thinking, and decision-making skills.

Communication Skills:
• Exceptional communication abilities in both English and Italian to effectively interact with embassy officials, internal teams, and clients.

Work Arrangements:
• Full-time, onsite role based in Islamabad, Pakistan.
• Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
