Job description / Role
A Pakistan based Civil Engg design firm - looking for a leadership position in Civil Engg design. Based on performance the appointment leads to a Directors position with profit sharing options within the corporate hierarchy of the Group. Full time appointment, in Karachi to lead the Engg design firm in a Multidisciplinary Group of Companies. Min 15 years relevant experience of managing & leading Engg design teams. Post grad and other qualifications including business development and client management exposure to be given due preference.
Requirements
• Design, multidisciplinary coordination, design documentation, implementation-phase technical inputs, and related client liaison.
• 20 years or more of hands-on experience in leading the planning and design process of large scale land development and infrastructure projects.
• Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university.
• Post-graduatequalifications shall be accorded appropriate significance.
• Knowledge of relevant international and local design codes/standards.
• Large-scale project delivery experience is necessary.
• Ability to interact with clients with a result-oriented approach.
• Professional attitude and presentable personality.
• Interpersonal, leadership, communication, and team building skills with exposure to relevant business development
